The QA Director, concurrently the Management Representative of the Quality Control System, takes responsibility for R&D, procurement, manufacturing, and quality control on the customer service operating process. The Quality Center is composed of Quality Department and General Quality Office. The Quality Department is responsible for the quality control from incoming inspection, production to shipment. Procedures/testing Details Quality control flow consists of two parts: new product R/D and mass production. Quality control flow for new product R/D includes product strategy, customers’ needs identification, detailed project plan, product evaluation (including design evaluation, sample evaluation, and trial-production evaluation). For the incoming inspection, production process control, and finished product inspection, we have a sound system and specified inspectors to control the flow according to quality control files, which ensures the quality of finished products.
